What I mean is, when you revive someone, do you get credit towards medals/badges (like the first aid badge, or meritoritous service medal) See, I was looking at the requirements for first aid badge, said I need 750 heals. So does that count with revives? Because I have 551 revives, but only 128 heals.

No, they are two seperate things. Heal points is healing someone by either:
1) Standing next to an injuried player holding your medic bag as their life regenerates.
2) Throwing the medic bag on the ground and letting another injuried player pick it up and heal themselves.
Revive points are only earned with your shock paddles.

Speaking of the first aid badge..anyone have a good strategy to get expert? (Other than 'go into karkand 20 people 64 size map..)

the only strategy there is is to drop the medic pack and not have it in hands, points will get awarded quicker. same goes for ammo packs.
try teaming with a friend and sticking together, let him know that once he gets shot to fall back and drop a med pack to him, should be that hard to get by that way.

Also, one way is to get in a packed BH and heal points will automatically be givin if your BH teamates are injured while they are in the BH

I myself have the total time necessary for the veteran 1st aid badge but no matter how many heal points i get 30 to 60 !! , it won't give me my damn badge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
