Yeah I'm thinking more the white trash from the Goldie will head to Byron

Well at this stage we *might* have a couple support gigs for Grinspoon in northern NSW over the NYE period, and the others are staying in Yamba. I'd prefer Byron as I've spent a lot of time in Yamba over the past few years, and not a lot in Byron. Plus the NYE gig is Twin Towns, so Byron is a lot closer.

Would love to do some fishing, more swimming etc. I know what will end up happening, we will just get drunk most of the time and swim off our hangovers the next day, before starting again

i went to port macquarie in july, nice fucking area but so dead lol... small country towns man. port stevens is fucking nice if you ever drop by, best fucking fish and chips and oysters, lovely weather too.

I've got family that live at Port Stephens so we go there most years. Pretty awesome area. The "where the bloody hell are you" ad (the bit with lara bingle on the beach) was filmed 100m from my Grandparents house. 

The night life is pretty dead though, so it's best with a bunch of mates where you can just get pissed, hang out on all the beaches and chill.

You don't go to a small beach town for night life
