I was trying to OC my Phenom 9950 BE and all I've done so far is up the multiplier to x13.5. In CPU-Z it is showing the Multiplier to be switching between 13.5 and 6.5 with the CPU Voltage fluctuating between 1.024-1.040-1.216-1.232.... I assume this is bad. Anyone have any ideas?
