Apart from the MG36 which is the bestest and the SAW which is relaxing "hold down M1 to win" all other LMG are shite. The M60 is decent I guess, but for some reason I really don´t like using it. The rest is as good as throwing dirt at peoples faces.

Tis patched. If anything, the M60 just requires more skill to use now. It's an LMG so it still rapes face at any range.

I miss the 2 months after the game was released. When the game was pure.

PKM and T88 both lack punch, and have too low a fire rate to make up for it. XM8 is even worse, but has decent crosshairs.

MG3 is funny, but the constant reloading is a real hassle.

Most rage inducing session ever. Dropped c4 on C on Panama. 2 guys run RIGHT ON IT and it doesn't kill them. Fine, lag whatever.

Except it fucking happens every time i drop c4. No kills, guys are standing right on top of the bricks and they take no damage. Then they proceed to have perfect aim with their saiga, mg3, m416, 40mm shotgun. Like what the fuck, seriously?

Worst thing I've experienced are snipers who never ever miss. Especially close quarters when you're like, emptying entire mags into them and they get an instant headshot on you. Whenever I've used the scopes and I get hit, the reticule jumps around like crazy, making it near impossible to aim.

Although I did get revenge at the end of that round. There were three guys who killed me all the time, and super easily, while surviving direct GL hits and the like (the sniper was one of them). Knifed all three and buggered off.

The no scope shots in BC2 are very accurate - if your barrel is pointed near the enemy it will fire straight at them, versus BF2 where it could go anywhere. And most snipers that are caught in close quarters with their rifle will just fire and pray. I've been on both ends and been surprised by both.

I'm pretty certain there is a bug with c4 on point C of Panama.

I always rush C on that map as sniper and used to lay a c4 trap for the tanks that would roll in. Except I found that even if the tank was parked right on top of the c4 it would take no damage. I stopped bothering because it happened so often.

PKM has enough punch and pretty good ironsights, on T88 point I agree, but accuracy and spread are above average, +200 round box is a must when countering massive ammounts of enemy troops from defensive position. As for MG3, it probably has the best DPS in the game, plus the sound is awesome
