God, I'm too good at Dirt 3 for these computers. I hadn't played in a while so I started with auto transmission and all the HUD things, but I got upset that the computer wasn't shifting when it should've so I went back to manual and removed the course map to give them a chance.

Regarding DX:HR, I've had the stupid thing crash twice on me now. But more annoyingly, the framerate seems a bit jittery. I can easily play everything maxed with 60fps, but there are a lot of random skips and brief drops. More of a nuisance than anything.
I'm about 1/2 to 2/3 of the way through the first mission and the game crashes every time I enter a certain room.

This is where I called it quits with Finland. I threw everything I had at the beginning into atomic research. As the years ticked by, the Soviet Union crept across western Europe, but never very far into Finland. Since the western Allies were never able to establish a proper beachhead in Europe, the Soviets annexed the entirety of Germany, and by extension all of Germany's conquered nations. Before its downfall, Germany had elected to share its rocket technology with me.
What you see here was a domino effect of my throwing every nuke I had at Moscow via a hailstorm of rockets. Each strike demoralized them by 20%. When they surrendered, each country formerly under their or Germany's power went to or was returned to Axis control. The Soviets also capitulated to each acquisitive war goal I had set for myself. This was a last ditch effort. Other nukes I had previously deployed were against military formations and targets.
With no European front to keep the US occupied, it annihilated Japan and oddly got involved in a war against Nationalist China. No idea what happened there. At the point of that pic, it had a giant chunk of China, all of Korea, Japan and the lion's share of Indonesia and the Pacific, greedy bastards they are. I don't think they're in any shape to go chasing after me, even if they did try to land in NORTHERN FINLAND at one point.
I have no idea what's going to become of Soviet Sweden or Soviet Turkey (who should never have panicked and declared war against the Soviet Union), because war exhaustion on all fronts is far too high. Let the cold war commence. Meanwhile, enjoy the GULF OF FINLAND and come tour the rest of this bloated, irradiated state. It may be Axis, but it's still a democracy.
e: Dunno if Hitler's been reinstated, replaced or if Axis leadership had shifted after Germany fell. I'll find out later, but I'm counting this as a win(land).
