Another fantastic episdoe. Walts outburst towards Skyler towards the beginning was amazing - "I am the one who knocks!". Equally good was Skylers resulting teardown later in the episode after Walt bought that ridiculous car.
Oh, and I forgot shovel cam! That was great. I love the creative camera work in this show.

1. Was it the years of car cleaning that gave walter the lung cancer or was it something else?
2. Why did the fire trucks drive right past walter and the RV at the end? Wouldn't they suspect anything from a half naked guy in the middle of the desert? Was it just dumb luck?

1. We don't know. Walter himself has said it was, "just one of those things". However, you do find out in later eps, that he used to be a lab technitian / biochemist and would've been around numerous other chemicals, etc. So you just don't know.Roc18 wrote:

2. Because they were going to fight the fire that was started earlier by the rc that Walt fled from, I think. Who knows. But why would they stop? They just saw a guy near his camper, probably laughed as they went past.
