Fix YouTube fullscreen mode

This has been annoying me for a while...

You can't made standard youtube videos fullscreen anymore without going to the youtube site, but it does work with the youtubehd tags, so can you either get rid of the standard youtube tags and force people to use youtubehd if they want to embed, or just fix it?

If you don't know what I mean:

No fullscreen

but with [youtubehd][/youtubehd] tags:

The video doesn't have to actually be HD to use the tags either.

I wasn't really asking for peoples opinions though, it's broken and needs to be fixed is my point. It's not something that's getting changed from how it should have been...

HD doesn't actually work now unless you click it.
