Shoot, I always wanted all-flash mass storage drives, but I didn't know of the rewrite limitations. A 256MB cache in the hybrid would definitely speed things up.

Does current HDD cache memory have the same write/rewrite limit?

I think the current cache is faster but there's a lot less of it.
