I'm pretty sure that he has longer stretches of not brushing. He only brushes like once every 2 days and thats his 'regular' pattern.

When i go to the dentists, he will start mining for gold with his little pick. I have had cavity once and braces.
I brush twice a day, every day and i floss once a day.
