I'm going to be traveling to Croatia for the Outlook Festival first week in September. It's my first time going out of country and I have everything sorted out except for my phone. I have Sprint and my phone will not work over there. I don't want to buy one of Sprint's international phones since I really don't do any travelling. What are my options here?

You should be able to get a cheap prepaid phone just about anywhere I think. It will likely be a cheap ass flip phone, but I imagine that's good enough if you just want to use it communicate.

What Nick said. Just buy a local prepaid phone.

Best option: buy the phone separate from the SIM card. In Austria a cheap unlocked phone will run you €20 and a SIM card about maybe €10. I imagine in Croatia it'll be half that...
