I think it's a cute place. For 2 ppl it is probably pretty perfect.

It's pretty awesome (aside from the landlady fitting every single stereotype of the penny pinching Jewish slumlord). Neighbors are nice, the rent is pretty cheap (and rent controlled) and heat is included. We were paying $260 less per month for a one bedroom apartment with no utilities included. We basically get an extra bedroom for the same price (and a much bigger living area!).tuckergustav wrote:
