coffee is pretty nice actually but i don't have it that often. i used to drink a good bit of green tea too but stopped like a year ago. whenever i do have coffee i have a lot and i end up getting anxious/jittery almost and i can't fall asleep lol. only thing i need to wake me up in the morning is splashing some water on my face and having food.
it's definitely a substance and affects you and imo people under 18 shouldn't be drinking coffee or any big amounts of caffeine on a daily basis but that's just my 2 cents and i don't have any room to talk.
