Reluctant to read the article... but multi-core ought to be the future, despite that there are speedbumps on multi-threading application support.  I have high doubts about this entire "reverse-hyperthreading" idea that AMD is considering.  While in the gaming department this'll be ideal, I am skeptical about it.
