The developers realised that the marketing team did their own unique thing and that was hugely successful, but entirely not based on anything to do with the game other than the setting and zombies.

Back when they just had a cool trailer and made the promise taht this would be a realistic zombie game without infinite ammo piles etc, i was still excited.
Now that i have seen gameplay footage, i am not.

movement and everything else in this game is nauseating. It's clear they were going for some sort of pretentious realism by making the screen sway and making walking not a fluid continuous motion.
co-op is fine, need to play with someone with a stronger stomach
