Between this and that video where the cop goes apeshit at that guy for his conceal carry, I'm really starting to have a problem with police.
Maybe they should do some tests before to make sure your not an aggressive douchenozzle before your allowed to carry a badge and a gun.

Ok here is the story behind the video. Apparently this guy was 27 different kinds of fucked up. I do not gather from what  I read or from the video that this guy had this murder coming. However, from the story I am left wondering where this poor guys father and mother was while he was homeless and on the street. I mean they come out of the woodwork to complain about their sons death but where were they when he was alive in need of real help?

This is true. What I meant though was something non-media oriented. You know, the thing about if you get good customer service somewhere you'll tell like 3 people but if it was terrible you'll tell 10 people?

yup, I have, when pulled over for speeding, or when I got in a traffic accident, and when applying for my CCW.

Have to agree. Also have to agree on your earlier statement about the guys parents.


Although there are some dickhead cops, but for the most part just show the guy (or woman) respect and they'll show the same respect. I don't get why that is so hard for people to understand.


I guess it's just an authority thing, a lot of people (especially young ones) despise authority for no reason at all.

It's my belief that the young are striving for independence, so any authority is seen as a regression back into childhood (generalising here of course).
Usually when one becomes older they understand that authority generally means responsibility, and so respect is more likely to be given (again, generalising and taking a fairly narrow and simplistic view on it because I cbf elaborating further )
