There is nothing to suggest that. He is a proud Norwegian that sees his country as being over taken by an outside influence, ( which it probably is) and he is fighting back. That is a political motivation. The fact that he might be religious does not mean his action was.

the fact that Muslim terrorists like to shout Allah Akbar doesn't mean their primary motivation to fight the western powers is faith. They have a grudge against the western societies and truly hate it for many reasons, not all of them unjustified. As I told you before 'faith' is a background issue. A tool used to influence and indoctrinate. As it has always been. The religious leaders within these terror groups simply project their own hatred unto their deity..
