Ronaldinho - I don't think anyone anywhere would need justification for this.
Kaka - Absolutely amazing when he's given the freedom to be.
Dida - Being a goalie myself, this guy pulls off what I would consider the best goaltending in the world.

Mendieta - He's an avid Quake 3 player, and that's just too damn cool.
Roberto Baggio - In my opinion the greatest club player ever. Always staying focused on the football, not the fame.

yeah but thats the view from your point of view, Czechs and Italy is something else then if we looked at it, i mean no disrespect, but the USA aint that good in "soccer" and Ivory Coast aint that bad = Drogba, Argentina was the nr2 of the world we are still nr3. we will see. Czechs can be beaten. seen it twice. we played against the czechs at euro 2004, quali/and at EK, quali WK.
Yeah, US is still far away internationally in terms of "football" We are getting better though. You guys have a good team, it will be interesting to see. On a side note, please no telling who wins Champions League final, I am at work and am TIVOing it as we speak. It will be hard to not look on the internet for the scores, but I must tell myself to.

i would have thought that the amount of money the US has that they would invest a lot into soccer. i mean they could be the best in the world if they wanted to because they have soooo many people. i am sure that there are meny talented soccer players in the US but are not incouraged to play while at school because of all the other BIG US sports.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:
