once you have had a 3.00 win loss ration but it goes down again ill it still remember the 3.00 or do you need to have 3.00 if you get the ribbon cause i saw one guy with a win loss of 1.56 something and it said he had 2 out of 3 win loss at the WCR
It remembers your highest recorded one.
so if i go over the 3.00 and go below it again it doesnt matter ( not that i ever get 3.00 )
you need the 3.0 at the moment or after you have the 50 hours as commander
if it drops after getting the ribbon you keep the ribbon
but if you drop under the 3.0 before you get the ribbon it does not remember it i guess - you need to get to 3.0 again
