Nope you can make more than one online account. They are all saved in seperate profile folders in your my documents. You can even backup these and overwrite settings from one account to another account by copying the correct config files (all except the one that contains your account name settings).
Yes you can, although remember you can only play with one at the same time. Even on different computers, the CD-key will match, and the second account won't be able to play when the first one is.
Can you not play on the same account with different CD keys? As in go round a mates house and retrieve you're account there? (otherwise known as how to get special forces weapons without buying it )
