there's a guy at my work that i probably have to fire. He wasn't my friend before i worked here, but we became friends through work and now I might have to fire him. I'm not happy

He´s not your friend on the workfloor, especially when you are his superior on the job.
He might be a friend, but if he cant keep work and friendship separate and hate you for being ordered to fire him he´s not a very good friend.

That's an excellent point. I even pictured a red stapler in my head as I was typing that, but I guess I got the words mixed up. I do that a lot with dish washer and washing machine.

anyone donate blood before? red cross is calling me now that i'm 16.

i would do it but i'm not too sure how unhealthy it is. you know, since the human body isn't supposed to have blood drawn from it's body and shit. i know it replenishes itself but yeah just worried, idc about needles or anything though.

for people who actually give a shit (ie not you) giving blood is painless, you get a pint taken and in the UK you can do it 4 times a year iirc. it's been a while since i last did it
