it's a shitty attempt at 'concept art' and yes, it's unethical (this isn't so much the problem-- much great art challenges and offends), and yes, it is probably illegal (this is the important part). stupid guy.

not saying it's easy, but I'm pretty sure he was aware that it was a half-baked idea to begin with.
