yeah, probably around september when iOS5 comes out, as well. i would wait but i'm one of those unfortunates that is now broken and phoneless, as opposed to just sitting around with a perfectly fine 3GS. i can't really see any benefit in the 4G except for the better screen and slightly better camera quality, because the 3GS works just fine. but i don't want to throw away £250+ on a second-hand or cheapy 3GS when they will literally be out-of-support history in 3 months.
can't you get them to do another repair to tide you over?

and FiOS costs a lot, my mom has it, it's a little bit better
Whereas in Europe you get 100MBps internet for like $40 a month, fucking ridiculous
better than i expected
yeah they're cheap and great but i value my itunes integration/mp3 playing capabilities a little too much, and really want to keep my number (which basically forces me to rebuy either a 3gs or a new 4g from the same cellphone provider).

I hate how expensive phones seem like a great idea at the time, and then you go and kill one and you're faced with having to spend the same again to get another one.
It's ma burfdee in an hour and 14 minutes.
I'd type my pc specs out all fancy again but teh mods would remove it. Again.
yeah, at the time i was like "it'll be worth it because it'll last 3-4 years and i'll never, really, be able to justify replacing it, use-wise".ghettoperson wrote:

nah but just buy a white iphone 4 or something, how much better can the iphone 5 be?
Today is really nice out.
The irony of guns, is that they can save lives.
it's funny how the white iphone 4's are about £30 cheaper than the black ones, when they were hyping how great and stylish they were upon launch (honestly who launches a 'new' phone just on merit of a different colour). and nah, no insurance, out of 12 month apple warranty, and no apple-care either (shit's expensive). i have like £50 saved up in my orange phone fund from pay-as-you-go top-ups over about 18 months, which isn't much but at least it's something.

Had my phone for almost two years now. It was £40.Uzique wrote:
