In your opinion, not the opinion of the courts.
I'm asking for YOUR opinion, this discussion isn't limited to what the opinions of the courts are. You always go on about that it's the responsibility of a parent to make sure a baby lives, where's the father in your view then?
Well, to be honest, I am 50 50 on that issue. My heart ( and my opinion) goes out in favor of the father that wants to keep the baby and the woman doesn't, equally with the woman that wants to keep the baby and the father doesn't. When rights are to be equal who wins? Someone has got to have the greater say so, and that must be the woman.

It's quite clear cocaine isn't the cause:
... prosecutors discovered that she had a cocaine habit – though there is no evidence that drug abuse had anything to do with the baby's death ...
So at the moment it appears she is being prosecuted based on her having a stillbirth naturally.

kinda hard to believe that drug abuse has no affect on an unborn baby though.

I'm sure it does in some cases, but it doesn't appear to be so in this instance, or so the article states.

So, what do you think? Completely ridiculous.
Abridged to suit my opinion.
