There are several reasons why the cigarette/tobaco industry are as heavily targeted as they are. a) they are extremely addictive. I know you argue that it's your own choice, but it's mainly to avoid new smokers, isn't it? Especially children, who don't have this great ability to make their own decisions like we do. b) it harms people around you, and c) because the tobaco industry has been a dirty industry for a long time and we hate them. Because they're dicks.
