I would like to see your stats about this army and try to figure why I havent got the ribbon yet. Please post your reqs.

after I thought about that again I couldnt figure out anything else that might be important to obtain the ribbon.
If you have a closer look at your HQ it says...
so nothing about a BRS a W/L or anything else.
The only conolusion that came to my mind was this: Because ppl get that ribbon at different times there has to be something like an IAR setting. But then again it breaks the obvious rules of BF2 - if there was an IAR setting the ribbon has to be awarded ingame. Remember, you didnt get the Navy Cross while you played, it didnt pop up after you hit 100 hours playtime in a round. It just appeared in your HQ after you hit the global requiements. No drummroll sound ingame. So what if theres no hidden IAR setting why do people get the Insurgent or MECSF at different times?
