So, I just got a Razer Lycosa keyboard yesterday and it is already in the mail to be sent back for an exchange today lol.
Apparently, it is a fairly common problem that some keys don't work (in my case, the fjkl keys and the num pad). So, they are replacing it no problem. Anyways, in looking up to see if this was a usual problem I found a funny little solution that actually worked. Put a bottle cap on the little touch pad in the top right over the logo. It worked...all the keys worked no problem. But I still sent it back since keeping a bottle cap on the keyboard to make it work seemed silly for a new item. Anyways, thought I would share.

It was cheap. No argument here. But, it matches my mouse and my tower...they all have blue lights. I like to have matching things.

Just because it's high res doesn't mean you need to use Apple's stupid marketing word..ebug9 wrote:

The Logitech G110 can be set up with different colours. Nevermind as you just bought one though.

Is there a way to manage a zune device without the zune software (Mediamonkey or MusicBee)? I found one of my original zunes, but I really don't like the zune software. zAlternator wont work with zune 3.0 and up.

Anyone know how to make the media buttons on my keyboard work for itunes when its not maximized?
you have to download a little .dll ... google for it. it fits into the itunes plugins folder.

BC2 looks just fine on my 9600M GT. I wouldn't like to have to, but I imagine I could run BF3 just fine on it in a pinch. By no means am I pushing max detail with it, though.nickb64 wrote:
I guess I meant more along the lines of lower end hardware, or what would be considered relatively mid range-low end at this point. I just can't imagine that game running well on anything below the performance level of a 4870/GTX 260.unnamednewbie13 wrote:
Why should they "bring that shit down" when you can just set it to medium detail and still be happy?nickb64 wrote:
The 295 is fast enough to run most everything out right now, but I would bear in mind that all the videos they've shown of BF3 so far are from a rig running a 580/580s iirc. BF3 looks like it will beat the shit out of machines at the high end, but I'd imagine they will bring it down so that it will run on midrange hardware well, since it is not a good idea to be the next Crysis simply because you don't want your game to be a poor seller because no one can run it well. I have a feeling that a 570 will be more than enough for BF3, at least at 1080p, but if you've got the budget and are happy with the rest of your computer, you might as well go for it.
I would, however, wait until the exact specs needed to run the game well are a bit more clear, because there may well be something new coming by the time BF3 is out, since the GTX 500 series will have been around for close to a year at that point, and the 295 is still more than powerful enough for the games that are out now, for the most part.
For instance, I imagine that BF3 would look like shit or run like shit on my friend's E8400 and 9800GTX+, while I imagine my other friend would be able to run it reasonably well at a medium-ish detail setting on his i7 920 and GTX 260 Core 216.
In the crazy world we live in, that is now the low-mid(E8400, 9800GTX+) to mid-high(i7, GTX 260) range almost.
BF3 just looks so good that I can't imagine it won't have fairly high requirements for looking like that video did.
imo, details were more a distraction that anything else in bf games so far (applies to most shooters, actually).unnamednewbie13 wrote:

if you open your mind too much your brain will fall out.
I thought the original Zune software is pretty good. As far as I know, there is no other alternative.Kmar wrote:
