MEC Golden Scimitar Medal Requirements Changed..

I just recieved this medal after only playing 100 hours of MEC, according to BF2S it's 250 hours minimum..

Changed? I thought they was only changing requirements in 1.3.. or maybe BF2S had it wrong?
