In the morning it's a 30 question multiple choice, gonna kick the arse out of that, expecting 28/30 at least, then in the afternoon a written test, basically i need 50/100 to pass (ikr?), which I'm aiming for, as I've had a hard time at college with John passing away.

I find that's actually a good way of studying. Create a cheat sheet with all the important stuff you think you'll need. By the time you're done, you'll remember it all anyway and won't need the sheet.

well what I'm doing right now is - I have a sample test, in front of me that I'm doing, so when I see a question i don't really know, I google, and read, and then write it down from the webpage, which actually makes it stick in my brain

Kind of like the formula sheets I used in my physics classes. Spent hours on the stupid things and by the time I was finished I understood the material.

she is a keeper, totally... best girl i've met, hands down. and i'm not going anywhere, really, but she's at uni for another year and to stay living in my uni area is ridiculously expensive... and i can't just work and live in order to stay around her. need to save the cash for other more important things. just one of those cases of life moving on, i guess. pretty shit. imma go find her when she's like 25.

Since when does one need to live in the same neighborhood as someone in order to date them? I used to date a girl that lived in St Louis while I was in stationed in Texas. 13 hour one way trip by car and I (or her) would make the trip twice a month. If you can't add even thirty minutes to your commute time to see her then no, you're not serious. This whole 'gotta break up because school is done for the year' shit is so high school.

school isn't done for the year, school is done-done for me. i might even go teach abroad for a year or something - lots of ideas. we entertained the idea of long-distance but the thought of it put too much stress and pressure on the relationship and we'd just always end up stressing out and bickering about the future. almost every other uni couple i know are separating, too. even some that have been together since week 1 of freshers and through all the 3/4 years. bitchin' time. like i said i'll tap her up when i know when i'm actually doing with my own life now... and when i get a new phone, haha.

It's just such a lame excuse to break up with someone. If you like (or love, I dunno) each other, then something as little as a bit of distance shouldn't even be an issue. It's not like you live on a big island or anything, long distance doesn't even apply (in a sense that would be understandable to Americans anyway). You're just setting yourself up for needless years of drunk dialing and 'what if's'. It's one year. Big fucking deal. What would happen if either of you had to travel for work? You'd break up for the week and get back together when the traveling finished? Please. I'm being hard on you uzique, but your excuse is lame. Especially the part about everyone else breaking up.
