Im happy to steal one on the road.. though the Lightning are certainly capable of getting 3 goals in a period. They got 3 goals in 85 seconds last game.

No offense but you're probably not that big of a hockey fan if you haven't. It was pretty much the "talk" around the league that he was both 1) unable to translate his game to the NHL and 2) rushed to the NHL because of his outstanding OHL season with Plymouth. The same argument is being made about Jon Huberdeau from the QMJHL right now. That his "game" won't be able to fit in the NHL's style of play. We'll see.CC-Marley wrote:

Haven't been a hardcore B's fans since the Neely days. The last few years I've eased my way back to hockey. Blowhards on sports radio don't count to me much. My circle of Bruins fans, my customers, genrally agree he was young and needed time. Never talking of him being a bust.( Damn it a TB goal )
It's not like he was Alexandre Daigle pt. 2. People just thought his ceiling would be a lot lower than expected, not a franchise #1 center. Having playoff experience in his first year is HUGE though.CC-Marley wrote:
