Ghost town > Karkand

I wonder what Wake Island 2012 is going to be like.
I miss it because there are no more active servers in my neck of the woods for any SF maps.Kampframmer wrote:

the g36E is a beast guy.. i used to run around as spec ops in ghost town or warlord, putting c4 near that gate into the palace.. blowing up vehiclesMacbeth wrote:
Ghost town and Warlord IO was fun but it really sucked playing as the SAS.
G36E or l85A1? Ughhh
works every time
can't waitMacbeth wrote:

Spec ops has a G36c. The G36E was a imbalanced pos.
SAS Spec Ops was a G36KV.

Hopefully as heavily object filled as in 1943 and with two carriers with competent auto-AA.Macbeth wrote:

Ghost town - or indeed, any SF map - was always fun because no one seemed to remember that there were grappling hooks and ziplines.
It was great fun to see the exclamations of surprise when you magically bypassed 5 claymores set at the top of the only ladder to kill some snipers on top of a tall building.
Don't forget Sharqi or my beloved Operation Harvest.Kampframmer wrote:

Aside from the chopper ownage one can have (Littlebird with 112/3 kdr)
Operation Harvest was fun when you're Spec Ops and capping flags that had Silos.
Two-Three flag points had Silos.
Place a c4 close to the Silo Door...
Hang on the ladder....
Change the Person view (C)
C4 tons of guys as they try to find you and get close to the door.
Oh the lulz. :p

Who the hell would have the balls to land and fight in NY? Unless there's a civil war in the US in Battlefield 3, I'm going to laugh my ass off.M.O.A.B wrote:

Ghost Town was just awesome all round, perfect for ziplines and grappling hooks. Good mix of all styles of gameplay, it was very rock/scissors/paper in this regard.
12 vs 12 on console is gonna blow. A single coordinated squad will steamroll the map.
BF on consoles blows anyways.Ilocano wrote:
