About every other week.  Yellow Tail Sashimi mostly.  But Unagi roll and Urchin Roe roll are my favorites.
Hamachi!!!

I love sushi.  Eat it at least once a week.  Crunch rolls and spicy tuna rolls are for sissies.  I like straight sashimi or creating my own hand rolls.  Sashimi is where it's at though.  Sometimes I just like to sit there for like 2 hours, have a couple tall Asahi and just eat the whole time.  Nothing fills you up better than sushi/sashimi.

The only thing that really puts me off is the weaboo japanophiles that think the Korean sushi chef is interested in hearing about all the anime and hentai porn that he watches.  Cool bro, you went to Japan one time and own some Japanese chef knives.  Awesome.

Salmon avocado rolls and spicy tuna rolls are my favorite. I have it with Tempura sauce mixed with soy sauce as well, not straight soy.

Amen.

(though I'd be slightly terrified to eat it in a landlocked state like Utah...)

You think most of the sushi you eat is caught off the Atlantic coast? LOL

Nah, but I assume there is higher turnover for fish products because people are more used to eating seafood.

More for me

Had some sea urchin, bay scallop, striped bass and eel for dinner. Yum.

Any time I try out a new sushi place I always ask what days they get their new shipments in.  Then I go either that day or the next to see if they actually do get new product in.  If they don't, bye bye never eat there again.  There's probably upwards of 50 sushi restaurants in a 5 mile radius, I've found about 5 that I go to with any regularity.  It doesn't really matter where you are, as long as the fish is fresh.

Maybe it's just the kind I had, but it's too overly chewy to be even moderately tasty.

Eel's the shit though.

Fair enough.

They recently passed a new law here in NYC that requires all restaurants to display the letter grade they received from the department of health in their front window. The hibachi place nearby got a "B" so I won't be going there anymore

Maybe I'm lucky, but I've never gotten sick from sushi. Gotten sick a bunch of times on pizza, though.
