There are quite a few graphically minded Bf2s members. Myself, well, I just draw shit sometimes. This proves a problem when doing a design course where I have to find a whole lot of designers I like - I'm at a loss to think of very many.

So I was wondering if you guys had any designers who's work you like. It can be just one or two things or a whole portfolio of stuff.

Try to think of games you like, and find whatever lead designer is behind it. Of course, everyone knows games aren't art, so maybe that won't work.

Games are a bit difficult because generally it's not one person behind the design. You can still find bits and pieces though, like I bought the "Raising The Bar" book on Half Life 2 design. There's a lot of cool stuff in that but not too much of it is useful to the course I'm doing.

Also this is a university course so a shit smear on toilet paper counts as art as long if that was the intent.
