Well with summer coming it gets hot where i live.. and the room where my computer is happens to be the hottest in the house.  I have decent air cooling in my computer (thermaltake tsunami) but my hard drives are getting much hotter than they ever have (like 35 C).  How hot (max) should Hard Drives get?

mines at 105 f.  If im RIGHT, they should be able to go up to 115f.  If your really worried, get one of those HD fans.

If it's a hot room, there's not much you can do about it.  That said, my drive runs between 30 and 32 most of the time.  All you can do is buy a spare (or pair if you have 2) and be prepared for the day they fail.  If you know you're good at watching the temps then just keep track.  As soon as you see the average temp rise replace the drive or start backing up your data so you can run the drive to failure and RMA it.  Hard drives are so cheap now that it's almost cheaper to replace them than pay to ship for an RMA.
