meh.  seems pointless to me unless you are doing it for sport or mr olympia.  a few leg presses should do you fine.  but enjoy i guess.

I find leg presses to isolate too much and also assists a little too much (being a machine and all). I also cant do em at home since i dont have a leg press machine, even i would i still wouldnt do em. Simple

You can also squat at a gym. I never did leg presses at my gym even though they didnt even had a squat rack.

yes i know.  i dunno.  i like leg presses better.  even though i play hockey i still think squats are pointless and i prefer leg presses.  meh.

Bad chest workout today.

Started with flat DB presses, and went pretty heavy on those. After those flat flies, and I couldn't feel jack shit. Went light but I only really felt it in my arms.

Perhaps I should do flies before presses next time?

Cable flys. Stand in the middle of the cable machine one handle in both hands take a step forward and pretend your hugging a oak tree. Lock your shoulderblades back and u'll feel pretty good if you do it right. Not a full workout in itself but its a good way to finish a chest workout off. Deep pushups are nice too i bench and do flys till i cant do anymore and i can push out about 20-25 pushups to finish chest off.

zimmer just said it's a full body workout.  i would even argue that it's more important then dead lifting.

its not something that just workout loons do.  its something everyone does.  but of course 11 bravo has his hipster views on everything.  first hes against milk, then marriage, and now squats?  really?

Missed workout all this week, been sick again (body aches, running a temp, headaches etc).

I think I'm going to have to deload next week and work my way back up. I haven't had a full 3x workout in a week for over a month now
