Yeah thats what I am saying, DSL isn't faster here. The max regular DSL here 1.5/384 unless you live right next to the CO and want to pay $200 a mo for 3mb each way. My cable is 6mb/384 and my pings are quite low to all servers.
Go to www.broadbandreports.com and run through some of their tests and tweaks, there is a program called drtcp on that site that after you run through the test they will ask you to download to help with the configuration process. You may have some issues with your configuration and it may be just that easy to fix.

I cant do the first two for finance reasons and that site is messing me about i need more ideas guys
