OK I did search for this and look in the FAQ as I presume it's been covered somewhere, but what do the black bars mean that are shown under some of my awards on my BF2S stats page? Thanks.
It means that you have met the global requirements and you now have to get the IAR (In A Round) requirements.
That you only need the In A Round Reqs for them, other words you can get those awards now.
