been look al over the place for option to join the clan but there aren't any in the game so anyone know how can i join a clan with current game id or i need to register a new game id with a [TAG] infront?

you dont really sign up for one on BF2, you just kinda go through the admins of the clan...and to add your tags its easy...Just start up BF2, and before you log in, enter teh tags you want in teh prefix at the top of the menu...

Try playing with the Clan you think you want to join for a while, then ask to join or go to their website and put in an application. most clans that are recruting will have a place for that in their forums. also try to get an invite onto their Teamspeak or Ventrillo so you can talk to them and see what they are like.
