Ive always taken my job pretty serious as you would and have always tried to talk someone out of not using a nice or correct font. In some case unless you extend a font you can struggle reading it 'olde english' for eg.Uzique wrote:

A lot of people dont alter the kerning in ariel or swiss and the '0's + '1's look like they have been stuck on indivdually. Kerning is the spacing of the letters. Most signs you see will have been made with at least the same line applied at the same time using the same piece of transfer/carrying tape
