Meldown That doesn't sound good!

I read up on it with Wiki and they say that modern nuclear plants can contain the meltdowns easily but the older ones (This one is 40 years old, correct?) wouldn't be able to.

So is this a mini-Tchernobyl where the area won't be used for a while?
