Ye, I kinda came up with those steam+arcane+lightning beams (wet+shock) to get MAXIMUM DAMAGE on the Yeti & armored Dwarfs...

Made it past chapter 6. I'm hitting myself now that I figured out how to get through the boss battle without breaking a sweat. If any game's made me want to get a macro keyboard, this one's it.

So this is what I've come down to using

Spoiler (highlight to read):
COMMON
QFQFSAA+Rb for death ray
QFASSS+ShRb for atomic shockwave
WWWWD+Mb for self-targeted healing meteor (heals for more than WWWWW+Mb, and affects party)

UNCOMMON
QREASA+ShLb or QRESAS+ShLb for exploding ice weapon enchantment.
QRESAD+ShRb for shield spam (helps party more than hiding under a bubble)
the lightning strike thingy spell for hard-to-reach-enemies

RARE
DE shield.

The rest can go screw itself until I get a macro keyboard.
