Not necessarily. That is a measurement of overall strength.. It could be breif but very powerful. You could have a very long quake but it can be weak and it would be high. You have to also consider the depth of the quake and infrastructure of the area. I don't think AK is really prepared.mtb0minime wrote:

My PC has had the computer equivalent of a stroke. No idea what caused it. Looked online on my flatmate's computer, found numerous ideas to fix what seems to be a fairly common problem, (Computer running ridiculously slow particularly on start up, eventually not able to get to desktop,) - nothing worked. Didn't want to nuke the hard drive so installed new OS over old OS. Of course now everything's in the '.old' file and I'm feeling like I may as well have nuked the damn thing.
