so far this week i've made pork loin w/ apple mashed potatoes, chicken enchiladas in green sauce and portabello mushroom burgers with tater tots. Went out for sushi earlier in the week. Tonight will probably be pizza, ordered in. Supposed to go to a sweet Vietnamese place tomorrow night then see Local Natives, but not so sure I want to go...
I made desserts on Wednesday for an event one of the organization's I'm in held, everyone loved them but the recipe yielded less than what I anticipated
I made jagerschnitzel with potato pancakes and red cabbage on the side the other night. Had Five Guys last night.
Oh, and I made chocolate chip cookies from scratch last night too. Yum.

My father made fresh lasagna.
We don't really eat a dutch dish on a weekly basis, maybe not even monthly. Most dishes are great in the winter, but the dutch don't really have dishes for any other season.
Most of the time we eat Mediterranean like French or Italian, but my father can cook almost anything so sometimes we have an Asian dish or something.

i love cooking. It's one of the few things that I've enjoyed since I was just a wee lad. I try to cook at least a few times a week but sometimes i just can't be bothered. Some shit takes a few hours to make and it's not something I want to do after I'm slaving away at the office.
