Yeah, but better than MSY. They don't have sales staff per se, you order online, they email you when it's ready (if in stock takes about 30 minutes, or you can just head in anyway), walk into the place, enter your reservation number on the computer, then sit and wait for your name to be called. Found on average their prices to be 10-20% cheaper than any other place around, other than MSY (their site is 10x worse than Umart's, and apparently their customer service needs some training lol).

Yeah, they don't ever come up to you at all, like I say there aren't any "sales" staff. If you know how the system works (ie. order at home before going in) the prices are great and even when busy the most I've ever waited was like 10 minutes. If it isn't busy you can be in and out in 2 mins.
Anyway, I wouldn't let that experience turn you off them, it's worth another shot

Aye. I had a problem with my 8800GTX and when I went in with my dad, they really couldnt give two shits about it. They called their HQ place area thing and basically told my dad to get stuffed.

Strange. I had a mobo that we thought wasn't working, took it back in, walked me out to their tech support building and tested it in about 5 minutes. Turned out it was working and the sprockets in my old case we were installing in at the time (which we figured out after I brought the mobo back to my mate's place) were touching the underside and causing it to earth, so no power. But they were friendly and helpful the whole time.
And yeah, I've seen a bunch of nerdy ppl in there, but also a fair proportion of non-nerdy looking people (like me, lol).
