Edit: Wiki says "even recommended doses especially combined with even small amounts of alcohol, have caused irreversible liver failure" with regards to tylenol ... I guess that getting smashed with it in your system is not advisable then.
Acetaminophen overdose is probably the most common form of drug overdose in the world. People assume because it's over-the-counter that it's safe to take as much as you want.

oh hmm, i dont actually know if theres a brand name for ibuprofen, i just stole some from my friend who got it from her dad whose a doctor. tylenol and advil are the only two that people really use here. i might stay off advil though, i didnt know how dangerous it was. though ive made sure to never mix with alcohol

I was too busy laughing my ass off at the pic of the kids and the description until I noticed a highest bid of $10k O_O
