Last night I had spaghetti and meatballs. This morning I had high fiber and protein cereal. For lunch I had some middle eastern food (basically ground beef and veggies in a pita wrap) and for dinner I had a burger.

None of which is usually able to give me the shits. Hell I have omelets with lots of Tabasco sauce and I don't get the shits.

Weird. Were the meatballs cooked enough? IME diarrhoea can result from food your body is just trying to pass through as it won't digest it, usually cause it isn't good for your body (like off meat or juice, etc).
