I'm looking for some suggestions on supplements. I hear that Xyience line of supps is pretty good, just costly. Right now, I am only taking about 6grams of creatine, within 30 minutes, post workout, fish oils, calcium & b12 vitamins. I also take yohimbe + ephedrine bout an hour pre-workout, huge energy boost. My protein intake is about 300-350, depending on if im lazy that day. I'm 6'2, 235, and gym it up 5-6 days a week. I'm looking for some big gains, naturally Anybody ever tried the NO-Xplode stuff? Like I said, any recommendations are appreciated.
