If that technology was so great, why did he only get $110,000?
I realize that might just be one specific transaction for just a tidbit of the whole collection, but that still seems low for such specialized knowledge.
Then again, I have no fucking clue what the black market rate for stealth technology is, should, or might be, so who knows...
(Maybe it's not as big a deal as it sounds like on paper, which is why he's not being executed?)
