inbetween the () is the maximum travel distance, it just stops when it reaches that and makes new ones

you can leave it on while doing other stuff and the good designs will eventually become dominant

different colors indicate the different types you got in the 1st generation, it just keeps experimenting with everything regardless, though less and less as it becomes evident the wheels-on-top bikes dont actually move

I don't know how long that takes though, longest I kept it on was for 15 generations

AT generation 4 now. Haven't been able to get my max distance abovce 100, but i'll get there. But mine never changes wheel sizes... it has one retarded small front wheel... IT IS HOLDING THE RACE BACK

Okey, here's the deal: I am running it twice on my macbook and twice on my desktop. The most evolved one is on my macbook in gen 5. almost 6 and it still has that small front wheel holding it back. The furthest on my desktop just hit gen 5 and is looking very promising.

theres usually one part in a map where the bikes cant possibly get passed though.. like a 90 degree hill. pretty badly designed imo

It takes the few best designs from every generation and keeps making the better and the steps between each "vehicle" become smaller. And it does happen by chance and the so some are stupid, but the best move on. Survival of the fittest, but in a very simple form i guess...

exciting new development! My desktop has exceeded my macbook in gen. My desktop "vehicle" is obviously a much better vehicle. Superiour design prevails once again. And for all the fanboys: Windows beat mac, although that has absolutely nothing to do with it....

Cranked mutation on my mac to 50%. Went for a drink and when i got back it went from gen 10 to gen 15 and finally! it doesnt have that stupid little front wheel. Put mutation back to 2% now.

I accidentaly closed the one on my desktop so now I only have 1 running on my mac. I gave it the mutation boost and now I'm back at 2% at gen. 29
