@ Dilbert, and Teds - in America, Honda, Nissan, and Toyota have "Luxury" brands - infinty, accura, and lexus. same base model, same MPG, just extra hardwood/leather/electronic stuff.

I wouldn't mind driving one if given to me but I wouldn't buy one myself. They all seem really meh when compared to German luxury cars.

Of all the cars I've owned this is still easily my favourite.
Took me two days to get the white labrador hair off the blue velour upholstery when I bought it, and yes that is duct tape holding the sunroof together.
I'd post a pic of the Mini Clubman I grew up with, but my parents couldn't afford a camera so we have no pics.
Looked like this except rustier.

For private use and I highly doubt it's even remotely close to that number. But that doesn't even mention that half the vehicles on the road are there for business use and not just for the commute, for which battery powered is about as useful as hoisting a mast.Dilbert_X wrote:
