I was considering the same thing. And although I really like digital downloads, it's a single-player game that you'll play through once or twice and be done with. With a physical copy you can take it to Gamestop or wherever and get a few bucks back.

I bought the digital version of inFamous and kinda regret it. Played through it twice, got platinum, nothing else to do afterwards. It's a sandbox game without sand. Not that Prototype is exactly the same, but it's similar; haven't played it myself yet, though.
